I love reading recipes on the Web. The Squash, shrimp & beans is for later this week, the pancakes for breakfast tomorrow,and the lamb shanks for tomorrow’s dinner.

We made this one Monday for dinner. it was wonderful! Drop the shrimp and its a great vegetarian dish as well. Really good. -

We made this Sunday for dinner. It was great. We never had cooked baby artichokes before. They came out so creamy. Had leftovers on Tuesday adn things were even better. -
