Here we've used an image for the background. The image, in this case, consists of the letters MWC in pale blue. The image in the file consists of only one MWC, but the image is 'tiled' on the background so the Web page is filled with MWC's. You can do this with any image file, just be careful that the background isn't too disturbing or distracting.
