Fredericksburg Songwriters' Showcase Peter Mealy

Peter Mealy has been a pivotal member of the Fredericskburg music community for more than twenty years. He has performed a wide range of music on guitar and bass, and with his wife and music partner, Laurie Rose Griffith, has logged hundreds of performances from beer bars to the Philadelphia Folk Festival. Their CD Tocoi Light was voted Best Debut Album of the year by the Washington area Music Association, and their second CD is currently in production. Peter joins us on May 30 for a rare solo performance of his own compositions.
