Gustav Haggren is the leader and songwriter of Gustav & The Seasick Sailors, a six-piece band from Helsingborg, Sweden. The sound is a mix of tango, folk, country and pop and would go well on a mix-tape together with Tom Waits, Josh Rouse, Wilco and Ryan Adams. Gustav himself is 23 years old and is born without his right hand, a disability overcome by a specially designed artifical hand that helps him to play with a pick.
Right now, Gustav is touring USA and Canada as a solo-artist and will perform together with Helena Arlock on cello.
